ABOUT THE SHORT LEARNING PROGRAMMES
This short learning programme is intended to prepare students for leadership roles in the business environment and to empower and establish themselves as managers of the future. This dynamic programme equips students with vital skills in Finance, Sales and Marketing, Principles of Human Resources Management, Administration and Communication.
WHO SHOULD ENROL FOR THE PROGRAMME
- Individuals with appropriate work experience, who wish to progress up the business ladder
- Current team leaders who have not been formally trained or who wish to update their skills and knowledge
- Individuals identified as potential managers within your organisation
- Newly appointed managers who wish to upgrade their skills
- Those involved in specialist discipline such as Marketing/Finance and wish to improve their overall management skills
CERTIFICATION
The Business Management & Administration Diploma is a short learning progarmme (SLP) that is certified by The Independent Institute of Education and endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Business Management (CIBM).
SHORT LEARNING PROGRAMMES
All programmes that are available through College Campus’s School of Business and Technology are short learning programmes (SLP’s) that have been specifically designed for working adults. These SLP’s differ from the full qualifications that are also available through College Campus and which are registered on the National Qualifications Framework. DURATION AND COMMENCEMENT DATES OF PROGRAMMES
Classes are held twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings or on Saturday mornings over 23 weeks. Next programme start: Please see programme start dates.
PROGRAMME EVALUATION
The programme assessment includes a group assignment, test and formal written examination at the end of the programme. Should a student fail to achieve the required mark, he/she may repeat the programme at no additional charge within 18 months of first registration (subject to certain conditions).
