Practice of MS Project
When a Project Manager has been tasked with a project, effective planning, execution and on time completion becomes critical to his success. However, managing time, resources and budget can be extremely challenging without the correct tools and support but this can be achieved by applying project management theory and practical know-how using Microsoft Project 2010. During this programme you will be taught MS Project tools such as creating a project plan, managing resources and reporting and evaluating project progress. You will also be able to print reports which visually portrays the project and thus empowers to you keep your team and stakeholders up to date on your project as you go along.
Course Duration: 12 weeks on Saturday mornings.
