MS Office 2010 (Intermediate)

The purpose of this programme is to equip students who are already familiar with the MS Office applications of Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Outlook with the necessary skills to use the intermediate features of these applications. Being able to use enhanced features students will be more confident to create, manage and distribute a document that meet the needs of a specific audience on any of these applications. The Word application will allow students to manage lists and templates, customise tables and charts as well as modify pictures and controlling text flow with customised styles and themes. The Excel application will allow students to calculate data with advanced formulas, organise worksheet and table data, presenting data with charts as well adding graphic objects to worksheets. The PowerPoint application will allow students to add graphics and special effects to a presentation like video clips and sound. The Outlook application will allow students to manage tasks and share information on their respective calendars.

Course Duration: 11 weeks on Saturday mornings.
