Human Capital Management

The management of human capital, the people, forms the core of a successful organisation. The human capital administrator is responsible for fulfilling aspects of this function and needs to operate within a policy driven environment to ensure that the personal and professional development of the people working in the organisation are well looked after. Talent management ensures that the right people with the right skills are placed in the right positions for the business to perform effectively in achieving its goals. This programme equips you with the skills to administer human resource elements such as employee career development planning, performance management and labour relations.
