These key players in any office environment are responsible for managing and assisting the organisation with day to day tasks to meet their various deadlines. Front office employees are usually the face of the organisation handling interactions between clients and managers. This programme will equip students to understand the importance of their administrative roles and how to apply elements of effective business practices such as health and safety, meeting and travel arrangements, record keeping and general office functions.
