Diploma in Public Relations
This qualification provides students with the skills needed to co-ordinate and manage the broad spectrum of public relations in a professional manner, at both a technical and managerial level where students are exposed to the principles of strategic communication.
The Diploma in Public Relations aims to prepare the student to take up a position in any modern business or office, which requires a high level of communication competence to serve the needs of a communication-driven organisation.
The Diploma in Public Relations qualification is conferred by The Independent Institute of Education (The IIE).

A National Senior Certificate with admission to a Diploma or equivalent.
OR
Mature age exemption to a Diploma:
Candidates having attained the age of 23 before or during the first year of registration with a Senior Certificate or equivalent, with a minimum of 40% in at least four Higher or Standard Grade subjects, at least three of which must have been passed simultaneously and one of which must be a recognised Higher Grade subject, may apply for admission.
OR
Candidates having attained the age of 45 before or during the first year of registration may apply for admission.
